D Chel oil and gas Since PVDF Pipe and Fittings don’t react with the vast majority of solvents and additives, they’re suitable for chemical manufacturing.

PVDF pipe and fittings are some of the most commonly used commercial and industrial PVDF Pipes available.

Our PVDF Piping is put to stringent safety inspections and follows both domestic & global quality requirements and guidelines. We are capable of completing the entire range within the specified time period.

What is PVDF?

PVDF is one of the hardest materials on the planet. PVDF is a non-reactive substance that can tolerate acids and hydrocarbons. PVDF is a high-purity semi-crystalline specialty plastic with superior chemical resistance.

PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride/ PVF2) is a type of polyvinylidene fluoride. Polyvinylidene fluoride is also known as polyvinylidene difluoride, PVF2, and under the brand name PVDF.

Why Use PVDF Pipes?

  • Chemical Resistance is Outstanding
  • PVDF is UV and abrasion-resistant and complies with UL 94 V-0.
  • Has the FDA, USDA, and USP VI given their approval?
  • Machined and Fabricated with Ease

PVDF Pipe Applications

  • And at high temperatures, the mechanical properties are excellent.
  • Long service life, including in intensely acidic environments
  • By preventing the use of additives, the very pure material is made.
  • High-quality welding equipment guarantees safe jointing.
  • The internal surface is smooth.

PVDF properties

  • Non-toxic: – PVDF is a non-toxic material that comes into contact with a variety of food materials. Because of its increased resistance, PVDF is commonly used.
  • Organic: – PVDF is an organic ferroelectric substance that outperforms nylon and croconic acid in terms of overall efficiency.
  • Polyolefin: – Polyolefins are hydrocarbons with a high subatomic weight. They include low-thickness; direct low-thickness and high-thickness polyethylene; polypropylene copolymer; polypropylene; and polymethyl pentene.
  • Hygroscopic: – PVDF has excellent UV and high-energy radiation resistance, as well as compound protection from most synthetics and solvents.
  • FDA approved: – PVDF has been licensed by the Food and Drug Administration. PVDF comes into contact with a variety of foods, but because of its non-toxic properties, it is considered healthy and is, therefore, FDA approved.

How is PVDF made?

PVDF is produced from a reaction of chemical synthesis called polymerization. Polymerization is used to produce many products of plastic-like, polyethylene, PVC, and polypropylene.

This suggests that the individual VDF (vinylidene fluoride) units are joined from beginning to end to form a long organization atom known as a polymer – a plastic – and in this case, polyvinylidene fluoride – PVDF, Kynar. PVDF is made from VDF as a starting content.

To achieve the piezoelectric beta stage, the material must be either expanded or reinforced. PVDF membrane is an exception to this rule. The beta stage structure is created by the residual stresses between thin films on which they are prepared.
